COVID 19 Advice to Customers

Read Government advice about coronavirus. There are regional differences.

It is important you protect yourself and the community from the pandemic by following the following advice

• Washing hands regularly
• Staying at home
• Reduced usage of public transport
• Working from home if possible
• Limiting contact with other people
• Maintaining social distancing in line with government guidelines

If you have symptoms of COVID 19 you should self-isolate for ten days. You should arrange to have a COVID test. The symptoms may include high temperature, sore throat, persistent dry cough or a change in your taste or smell.

If someone in your household develops symptoms of coronavirus, you should self-isolate for 14 days from when their symptoms start, or if they don't have symptoms, from the day their positive test was taken.
